Candidate Resources
Protect yourself against employment scams.
While we encourage you to explore job opportunities at Avantor, we also urge you to be wary of potential
recruitment
scams. Legitimate Avantor recruitment processes include communication with candidates through recognized
professional
networks (i.e., LinkedIn). However, further communication is always through an official Avantor email address or
phone
number. Avantor recruiters will not solicit sensitive personal information from candidates during the
recruitment
process including, but not limited to, bank account information, social security numbers, national
identification
numbers, etc. Monetary payment requests (i.e., fees, security deposits, etc.) are not part of our recruitment
process.
Legitimate Avantor interviews may be conducted over the phone, in person, or via an approved enterprise
videoconferencing service such as Microsoft Teams. Avantor does not extend unsolicited employment offers. Please be wary
of any communication from an individual or websites with which you are unfamiliar, or whose domain name is inconsistent
with official Avantor business.
Legitimate Avantor offers of employment are based on merit and are only extended once a candidate has interviewed with
members of our hiring team. Offers are sent verbally followed by a written offer letter.
