Accounting Manager (m/w/d)

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor- suchen einen Accounting Manager (m/w/d) in unserem hybriden Arbeitsmodell in Schwabmünchen. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Accounting-Teams für unsere Standorte Ritter und Clemens und sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Finanz- und Buchhaltungsthemen.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:  

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, Kenntnisse in US GAAP sind von Vorteil 
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen, Financial Reporting sowie Compliance- und Kontrollprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Sage, DATEV oder vergleichbare Anwendungen
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  

Ihre Aufgaben:   

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Accounting-Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Controlling, Einkauf und weiteren Fachbereichen
• Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungslegung nach HGB und US GAAP

• Durchführung und Koordination von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen einschließlich Group Reporting und konzernweiter Berichterstattung

• Erstellung von Bilanz-, Konten-, Rückstellungs- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Daten- und Abschlussqualität

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Accounting-Richtlinien, Compliance-Anforderungen, SOX-Kontrollen und internen Kontrollprozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzbehörden sowie Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen und Umsatzsteuerprozessen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern, Corporate Finance und internationalen Finance-Teams

• Überprüfung, Freigabe und Durchführung von Zahlungen sowie Unterstützung bei Pensions- und Personalzahlungen
