Application process

You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application has been received. You can also log into your candidate account and review the status of your application by going into the Candidate Home tab.

There are five main phases in our hiring process: Application, Recruiter Screening (virtual or in-person – Estimated time: 20-45 minutes each), Business Interviews (virtual or in-person – Estimated time: 30-60 minutes each), Offer Decision, and Onboarding (i.e., background/drug screenings dependent upon location, etc.).

Our team reviews each application based on the role’s required qualifications, including education, certifications, past work experience, skills, etc. Certain roles may also require the applicant to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely. Additionally, if applicable, applicants must provide work authorization documentation.

We are committed to building a diverse workforce by establishing a diverse team of recruitment partners and providing them with meaningful training and accurate metrics. One of our top goals is that – every day – our team reaches a diverse candidate pool and provides a candidate experience that reflects our inclusive culture.

The turnaround time for each screening varies according to the applicant's location. For example, in the U.S., applicants can estimate their screening process to be around 7-14 business days.
