01 Application
When an Avantor career piques your interest, click "Apply" and submit your application. Our team will then review your qualifications against the role's requirements. We are committed to providing an update regardless of the outcome.
02 Screening
If your application is selected, a recruiter will schedule time to discuss the role and learn more about your background. Our goal is to get to know you, your goals, and how your skills would align with the opportunity's requirements, so we can determine if there is a strong mutual fit.
03 Interview
Upon reaching this stage, you'll meet with the hiring manager and team. Similar to the screening step, our goal is to get to know you and your background. We'll also assess fit through targeted questions and scenarios and share insights that will help you gain a deeper understanding of our team and culture.
04 Offer
The lead recruiter will provide an update once our team has reached a decision. If selected, you will receive a verbal and written offer and information on the next steps. After the interview
- Next steps: The recruiter is responsible for providing an update on the interview decision. However, feel free to reach out to inquire about the next steps or express your continued interest in the position.
- Thank-you note: When appropriate, you can send a thank-you email to our interviewers. If you don’t have the interviewer’s contact information, you can ask the recruiter to forward your email to them.
